Lendlease secure quick success at Regatta at Collins Wharf apartments in Docklands

Lendlease has achieved huge success at its Regatta at Collins Wharf development which they launched off market earlier this year.

They've sold over two thirds of the Collins Street building, uniquely located between the Yarra River and the harbour in Docklands, following the success of Collins Wharf’s flagship residential building, No. 1 Collins Wharf, which was completed in 2019.

Since its off-market launch in March this year, Regatta at Collins Wharf has attracted a legion of buyers seeking the opportunity to experience the best of city and waterfront living while being only a short walk from Melbourne’s CBD.

The 317-residence development designed by architecture firm Warren and Mahoney spans 29 levels and has one, two and three-bedroom apartments and a Premier Collection of luxury residences that have up to four bedrooms.
