Local developer ITUM has chosen a leafy quiet street as a strategic location for their aptly named Carnegie apartment development, Mimosa Row, an address in between convenience and quiet.

The positioning of Mimosa Row, on Mimosa Road, ensures residents are just a stone's throw away from Carnegie's Koornang Road dining precinct, known for its wide range of shops, multicultural restaurants, cafes, and bars.

ITUM appointed Platinum Construction as the builder of the BG Architecture-designed Mimosa Row. It is expected to complete in late 2025.
