Melbourne developer Pitard Group has launched its latest apartment development, Madeline, in Moorabbin.

Madeline comprises 44 two and three-bedroom apartments spread across a four-level Via Architects-designed building at 19-23 Central Avenue, in the heart of the Moorabbin Activity Centre.

The architecture of Madeline stands out with its modernist brick façade and monochromatic palette, artfully juxtaposed with greenery and abundant natural light.

Inside the apartments, neutral tones complemented by walnut timber accents create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The open-plan living and entertaining spaces are generous, with double glazing and noise-cancelling acoustics, extending onto expansive outdoor terraces.

The kitchens featured grey marble benchtops and integrated Ilve appliances.

Integrated study nooks have been incorporated into the residences to cater to the needs of residents working from home.

Residents at Madeline will also have a communal space to connect with their neighbours. The ground floor will home a resident lounge equipped with a full kitchen and a dining area.

Madeline is slated for completion in January 2025.
