Melbourne's inner north is undergoing a rapid evolution, and one residential development that's contributing to that growth is Kincaid's Cultivate.

Construction on the project began back in November 2021, with the completion of the project drawing near. It's expected to wrap up in October this year, with the first crop of buyers eagerly awaiting their move in date.

The project offers a range of one, two and three-bedroom residences that boast spacious floor plans, full-size kitchens, and premium finishes.

Kincaid, a builder developer, has taken great care to ensure that the residences are reasonably priced, making them an attractive option for first home buyers looking to enter the property market. Cultivate also offers stamp duty savings for first home buyers, making the prospect of owning a home even more accessible.

The living spaces are designed to be spacious, with the added bonus of balconies that provide stunning views of natural parklands, the cityscape, and riverways.

The spacious floor plans at Cultivate provide ample room for residents to create their ideal living spaces. Whether it's a home office or an entertainment area, the residences can accommodate a variety of needs.

Situated in one of Melbourne's last affordable pockets, just 12 kilometres from the CBD, Cultivate benefits from its proximity to various healthcare facilities such as Austin Hospital, The Mercy, and La Trobe Private Hospital. Additionally, the development is conveniently located near RMIT and La Trobe University, making it an ideal choice for students and staff.

One, two and three-bedroom floorplans are still remaining in the development, with prices starting from just $402,000 for a one-bedder. A one-bedroom apartment with a car space is priced from $404,000, while the two-bedders start from $524,000, and the three-bedders from $797,200.
