The residential community developer Cedar Woods has teamed up with Boutique Homes, part of the ABN Group, and Soho Living to deliver Marshal Place, a collection of townhouses in the Williams Landing development.

The trio are offering the five townhouses in Williams Landing, less than 20 kilometres south-west of the Melbourne CBD.

There is only one townhome remaining in the 20 townhouse Soho Living release, priced at $610,000 with a 10 year structural guarantee and six remaining of the 16 offered in the Boutique Homes release, priced from $549,000 with a 25  year structural guarantee.

The three and four bedroom townhouses each come with an industry leading aftercare program.

Featuring a stylish facade, the cleverly designed floor plan has two living area, a double garage, two bathrooms plus a powder room and either three of four bedrooms, with a walk in wardrobe to the master.

They each feating heating and cooling systems, double glazing and Caesarstone benchtops in the kitchen.
