Gurner's highly anticipated Collingwood development, Victoria & Vine, has been popular in the market since its inception.

Just one three-bedroom apartment remains in the Wellington Street project designed by Cox Architecture

The apartment offers generously proportioned interiors with an open plan floorplans. Inclusions come in three's in the apartment, which has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three car spaces, a rarity for an inner-City project.

The New York-style development has long been pitched as where East Melbourne meets the Lower East Side, with Victoria & Vine merging the rich history of Collingwood with world-class five-star hotel amenities.

The project encompasses a multi-story apartment building, seamlessly blending retail and residential spaces across nine buildings, situated between Victoria Parade, Cambridge Street, Derby Street, and Wellington Street.

The street level retail space boasts 200 metres of street frontage, accomodating 11 retail tenancies, which are home to a range of food and beverage outlets, further enhancing Collingwood's offering.

Comprising a total of 241 apartments, including a mix of one, two, three, four, and five-bedroom dwellings, the project set out to attract a wide range of buyers, from investors, young professionals, and to families.

Inspired by New York's Meatpacking District, Cox Architects seamlessly incorporated elements of Collingwood's iconic Foy and Gibson warehouse into the design of Victoria & Vine. The façade showcases a blend of glazing, precast panels, and snap-on brickwork elements, bringing the essence of the warehouse-style design to life.

Beyond the apartments, residents of Victoria & Vine have exclusive access to the Victoria & Vine Private Club, which is 4,500 sqm of 5-star hotel amenities and services.

The private club offers an unparalleled experience, featuring a health club, rooftop lounge, spa retreat, private dining facilities, infinity pool with sundeck, outdoor cinema, co-working spaces, business lounge, a NYC-inspired bar, library, and a Teppanyaki bar.
