When Brady Group set out to create 380 Melbourne, they wanted to create something more than just apartments.

With the intent to deliver anything a resident may desire without ever having to leave the building, the soaring dual tower development is home to a rich display of amenity, from exercise to recreation and relaxation spaces.

A low-level podium unites the towers at street level, sheltered from the public gaze, with the podium’s top two floors hosting the building’s many amenities on offer.

The design also features a rooftop garden, which crowns the Diamond Collection residences of the south tower, along with a covered pedestrian link, complete with six-storey green wall.

Positioned on Level 51 of the south tower the rooftop garden offers panoramic city views, providing the perfect place for a personal retreat or alfresco dining.

The garden is just one of many spaces designed to encourage relaxation, with a library and study space and a residents' lounge offering peaceful sanctuaries from the hustle and bustle of city life.

For those who prioritize fitness and wellbeing, 380 Melbourne has a range of healthy options on offer. Residents can take advantage of the gym, yoga and personal training studio, 25-meter indoor heated pool, and spa, steam room, and sauna.

380 Melbourne also features private dining rooms equipped with Gaggenau appliances for those who prefer to exercise their culinary skills, or for a more casual dining experience, there’s also an outdoor barbecue area.

The development is well-suited to those who enjoy entertaining, with a private cinema, karaoke room with its own bar, and games room featuring foosball, table tennis, and a giant TV.
