VIP Resident membership grants access to light medical treatment at the medical wellness centre, where a dedicated doctor is available for consultations, and access to a gym with professional-level equipment and diverse training and fitness classes.
Residents can choose between high-intensity activities like the pool and gym or more relaxed pursuits such as yoga and pilates.
The Nutrition Centre within the Wellness Precinct complements personalised training regimens with healthy meals, drinks, and programmes tailored to individual biodata and wellness goals. Residents can collaborate with specialists to co-create diet plans, with fresh deliveries from the STH BNK by Beulah Market Hall.
Cutting-edge services, ranging from hair and makeup and facials to dermatology, detox treatments and anti-aging therapies, are also conveniently available on-site.
STH BNK by Beulah will also be home to the renowned Four Seasons hotel–the first Four Seasons hotel to open in Melbourne, which is set to bring its world-class hospitality and lifestyle services to STH BNK by Beulah.

Four Seasons is designed to be an urban resort offering health and fitness amenities and luxury spa services, including a salt room, aroma lab, and apothecary.

Builder Multiplex is due to commence early works in early 2024 and will take around five years to complete STH BNK By Beulah.
