It was around four years ago when international property developer Landence completed their first Australian development, The Evermore, in the heart of one of Melbourne's best tower precincts.

The Evermore, in the heart of Southbank on Dorcas Street, offers 366 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments atop a podium level housing upscale retail spaces.

Designed by Hayball, The Evermore's two glass towers are characterised by a louvred metallic facade that shimmers champagne and warm copper.

Upon arrival at The Evermore, the grand lobby welcomes residents with abundant tropical plantings and opulent timbered walls, while the staggered ceiling creates a feeling of space and grandeur from above.

Each Evermore residence has adaptable living spaces with strategically positioned windows flooding the apartments with abundant natural light.

The expansive floor plans, spanning from 60 to 120 sqm, showcase natural finishes, organic textures, engineered European oak floors, and refined colour palettes.

Residents can choose between two classical palettes, distinguished by either dark or light timber flooring, complemented by matching veneer cabinetry and metal finish accents.

Apartment views range from across Melbourne, Port Phillip Bay, or the Yarra Ranges.

The kitchens are equipped with stainless steel European appliances, concealed LED-lit marble splashbacks, and reconstituted stone benches, while bedrooms feature inviting natural tones, timber-look wardrobes, and ribbed wool carpets.

Stylish bathrooms include generous storage options with LED-underlit mirror vanities as well as timber-look cabinets that sit below solid surface basins serviced by brass tapware.

Influenced by the world’s grand hotels, The Evermore features a range of shared spaces that present a sense of escape from the everyday.

Residents have access to a range of amenities designed to elevate their living experience, including courtyard gardens, a heated swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, as well as dining, lounge, and cinema rooms.

Situated only minutes from Melbourne's bustling CBD, the famous Botanic Gardens, and the vibrant South Melbourne Market, residents have endless opportunities to immerse themselves in the city's culture and lifestyle.
