Melbourne developer Keystone's Elwood apartment project, Ensemble, was conceived from the affluent suburbs Art Deco heritage.

Completed in 2021, the Tennyson Street development of just 15 apartments was designed by Keystone's preferred architecture firm, KUD Architects, who worked in collaboration with landscape architect John Patrick to create the three-level building.

Drawing strings from Elwood’s residential heritage, the project’s architecture depicts forms characteristic of the Art Deco era, reimagining them in a way that fits cohesively with the styles of today.

The heart of the apartments homes are the kitchens, where functionality meets beauty, featuring premium Miele appliances and abundant storage, coupled with marble benchtops and splashbacks. In the bathrooms, the luxury continues with marble-finished vanities and free-standing baths.

The development enjoys a prime location, close to Elwood's beach and vibrant shopping villages. For those who value convenience, the proximity to St Kilda Road's trams, bus routes, and Ripponlea Station ensures effortless connectivity to the city.

Families with children will appreciate that Ensemble falls within the highly sought-after Elwood College and primary school zones.

Apartments start from $1,495,000.
