Located in Melbourne’s cosmopolitan south-east, Frater Group’s Carnegie residential project has been designed to embrace the vibrant urban lifestyle or the popular suburb.

14 Tranmere Avenue delivers an architecturally designed built form, with bold modernist lines, a balance of light and dark colours and smooth and textured finishes, creating a statement-making façade.

The Preston-headquartered, Frater Group engaged Ben and Ben Architects to design the Carnegie project, with five townhomes planned for the site.

Three-bed, three-bath, two-car townhouses can still be snapped up at 14 Tranmere, with prices starting from $1,200,000.

Townhouse One is also still available, delivering one of the largest of the offerings of the project, spanning 190 sqm.

The ground floor incorporates a double garage, along with a retreat area, as well as an outdoor courtyard.

The first-level floor plan follows an open-plan layout, with one-bathroom and with the kitchen, dining and living flowing seamlessly onto an adjoining 15 sqm balcony.

Three-bedrooms are housed on the second floor of the residence, along with an additional bathroom, as well as a powder room.

Townhomes Two, Three and Four span 178 sqm, with one bedroom, which is ensuited located on the ground floor and the additional bedroom and master bedroom located on the second floor, with both connecting to an ensuite bathroom.

The first floor of each of the townhouse follow similar layouts, with the open plan kitchen, dining and living adjoining to outdoor balconies.

Townhouse Five steps up in size once again, spanning 178 sqm.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, with an ensuite as well as full-height sliding doors connecting to open-air courtyard.

Two additional bedrooms are planned for the second floor, along with one bathroom, while the first floor will provide the open-plan layout seen throughout the other homes.

14 Tranmere lands just a 10-minutes’ drive to world class shopping and dining at Chadstone, The Fashion Capital, along with being just minutes from one of city’s most iconic racing destinations, Caulfield Racecourse.
