ICD Property has completed their soaring Melbourne apartment development, Aspire.

Construction giant Hickory recently completed 208-metre high tower comprises 565 apartments, sub-penthouses and penthouses to the Melbourne market, a market which Colliers Tim Storey says has evolved in recent times.

“The Melbourne CBD apartment market has evolved in response to both the strong growth of the overall city as well as the increasing attraction of the CBD which offers unique lifestyle appeal especially to the fast-growing cohorts of young professionals and university students,” Storey said.

Only a handful of one, two and three-bedroom residences are remaining in the development.

Aspire Melbourne stands as a testament to sophistication and international recognition. In 2021, it clinched three International Property Awards, including 'Residential High-Rise Development in Australia,' 'Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Asia Pacific,' and '5-Star Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Australia.'

The project is a result of the collaborative efforts of ICD Property in partnership with MaxCap Group, backed by global financial powerhouse Goldman Sachs, and designed by the award-winning architects at Elenberg Fraser.

At its core, Aspire Melbourne is a haven of world-class amenities, offering residents an enticing blend of entertainment, natural beauty, and pure indulgence right at their doorstep. The development boasts uninterrupted views of the nearby Flagstaff Gardens, the Docklands waterfront, and the Melbourne CBD.

Elevating the experience further are the luxurious upper-level apartments, known as the Aspire Residences, a creation of the internationally renowned architect David Hicks, famed for his work on penthouse apartments in New York, opulent homes in Palm Springs, LA, and celebrity retreats in Dubai.

ICD Property's commitment to sustainability resonates deeply within the Aspire Melbourne project. Earth-friendly components have been thoughtfully woven into the development's design, aligning with the mission to decarbonise the city.

Rooftop solar installation allows residents to harness renewable energy, while electric vehicle car-sharing options have been incorporated to alleviate CBD traffic congestion and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
