Golden Age Group have doubled down on their footprint in Glen Waverley, bringing to the market a collection of townhomes having completed construction of their Sky Garden development atop The Glen Shopping Centre.

The group have engaged renowned architects Rothelowman to design the Floret townhomes, which will see 77 residences developed on the Ferntree Gully Road site.

Defined by its sense of community, Floret takes advantage of the opportunity for social interaction, both within the development as well as within the community, which is home to a broad range of residences.

Playgrounds and green spaces weave their way throughout the neighbourhood, drawing residences outside, while intrinsic links to nearby schools and family-orientated amenity bring a true sense of community to the area.

Each of the townhomes are poised for multigenerational arrangements with generous proportions and considered, flexible layouts.

“Through abiding design both inside and out, Floret has been thoughtfully crafted for those growing up, growing old and everything in between.”

Remaining agile to the ebbs and flows of life, the townhomes have been crafted to fit a number of discerning lifestyles through tailored interiors which explore texture, colour, and spatial planning that supports life’s daily movements, offering spaces to both entertain and relax.

Sitting at the heart of Melbourne’s east, Floret exists at the fore of Glen Waverley’s rich and ever-evolving social, commercial, and cultural landscapes.

The immediate neighbourhood offers a mix of tranquillity and vibrancy, with residents near to transport, shopping, educational, cultural, recreation and civil infrastructure.

With numerous bus routes and a stop dedicated to Floret on Ferntree Gully Road , immediate access to the Monash Freeway and Huntingdale Station is a mere 15 minutes away.

Populating the surroundings are over 40 educational facilities, from childcare to Monash University, which is just two minutes from Floret, while institutions such as Brentwood Secondary College, Caulfield Grammar School, Deakin University, Glen Waverley South Primary and Wesley College also find a home in the locale.

The immediacy of Brandon Park Shopping Centre and the close convenience of The Glen Shopping Centre round out a comprehensive offering of lifestyle essentials with a myriad of eatery options also on-hand, such as Black Flat Coffee Roasters, the Code Five Cafe and Marble Yakiniku.

Recreational pursuits are also in abundance within Glen Waverley, with the neighbourhood home to a number of green spaces, including Brandon Park Reserve, Jells Park and Central Reserve Park, along with the Glen Waverley Golf Course, the Riverside Golf Course, Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre, Notting Hill Tennis Club, Village Cinemas and a Strike Bowling.

Three and four-bedroom townhomes are available, with prices starting from $995,000.
