Moonee Ponds will soon welcome the arrival of it's latest residential development, with construction on Eloquence on Buckley Street well underway.

Boasting a limited collection of 35 residences, WM Property Group engaged John Demos Architects to design the project, which offers a range of three-bedroom floorplans.

“Creating a harmonious living experience, there is a beautiful sense of cohesion between the architecture and interiors in both materiality and form," Demos said.

The facade of Eloquence features a combination of fluted concrete and steel pattern-work which creates a textural interplay that is both visually striking and refined. The extensive use of glazing grants residents panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape and the city skyline.

To soften the building's strong form, verdant landscaping climbs up the structure and spills over the balconies, harmonising nature with contemporary design.

Internally, Eloquence incorporates French Oak floors and quality finishes, coupled with generous proportions.

Residents have the option to upgrade to a fireplace, adding a touch of luxury while providing efficient warmth, while the kitchens boasts stone benchtops, high-end appliances, and ample storage.

Upper-level apartments in Eloquence offer expansive terraces with lush landscaping and city views. During warmer months, residents can open the sliding doors, seamlessly merging the indoor and outdoor spaces into an expansive entertaining area.

The penthouse apartments take outdoor living to the next level, offering the option to upgrade to a plunge pool.

For those residing on the ground floor, Eloquence provides each apartment with its own private courtyard, enveloped by an oasis of vegetation. Large paved patios offer alfresco dinner parties or a place to unwind and reconnect with nature.

A focus was placed on designing the master suites inside Eloquence, with the areas bathes in natural light and providing direct access to the terraces.

Custom walk-in robes feature built-in shelves, hangers, and drawer space, while the ensuites are adorned in a textural palette of finishes, offering ample storage options and a double-vanity.
