Boutique Melbourne residential developer Gestalt is introducing a collection of modern three-level townhouses in Kew

Clyde Street presents three apartments and 11 house-sized townhouses with various floor plans designed to cater to the different life stages of its future residents.

Each townhouse comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living spaces, a car garage, and a storage room – as well as all the shopping, dining, education and transport advantages of this coveted location at its door.

Clyde Street is conveniently located within walking distance of a tram stop at the corner of High Street, providing easy access to Kew Junction, Richmond, and the CBD, just fifteen minutes away.

Whether walking, driving or commuting by tram, Clyde Street is ideally placed to access the best of East Kew, its neighbouring suburbs and connections to the inner city.

Residents will also have easy connectivity by car with the Eastern Freeway close by and by bike along the Main Yarra Trail.

Heritage architecture and neighbourhood cafés, bars and restaurants dot the landscape. The closest options include Gilbert's, Kuche and The Bean Thief Cafe.

Harp Village is only a four-minute walk for shopping and groceries, while the nearest Coles in Balwyn North is only a three-minute drive from Clyde Street

Within a one-kilometre radius of the property, residents can find outdoor spaces for picnics, hiking, and sports. Stradbroke Park, including a playground and off-leash area, is a 15-minute walk east of Clyde Street, while the Anniversary Trail and Victoria Park are just 10 minutes from the site.

Further north across the Eastern Freeway is the Yarra River, the Kew East Tennis Club, Hays Paddock and Kew Golf Club.

Given Kew's reputation for hosting some of the country's top schools, this project will likely attract family buyers. St Anne's School, Kew East Primary School and Kew High School are less than 500 metres from Clyde Street.

Jellis Craig Projects Director Stephen Bowtell says the townhomes offer everything a buyer could want, with a flexible floor plan for both families and downsizers to use as they wish.

"It ticks all the boxes. The convenience of dual living, a study, and multiple living areas. Clyde Street offers it all."

The development is scheduled for completion in January 2025.
