In a move to personalise the living experience for prospective buyers, developer H1Land is offering a limited-time offer of free upgrades worth $20,000 at their Southpoint apartment development in Highett

Southpoint comprises two Rothelowman-designed towers on a 4,330 sqm site at 1233-1237 Nepean Highway. The tallest tower reaches 12 levels with views over Bayside and the other stands at four levels.

Homeowners will be able to upgrade their standard inclusions and add luxury features to their apartments.

The interiors of Southpoint are inspired by the sinuous curves of its architecture, incorporating a palette between light and dark schemes influenced by nature.

The light scheme features warm, neutral colours designed to create a calming atmosphere.

The dark scheme offers a high-contrast selection of materials and colours, delivering a bold design statement with dramatic flair.

Each apartment features an open plan living and dining area that extend onto balconies.

The kitchens, with a breakfast bar and ample storage, already come equipped with high-quality appliances such as a cooktop, oven, and dishwasher.

The plush carpeted bedrooms with built-in robes are serviced by central sparkling bathrooms.

European laundries, storage cages, and secure car spaces also come standard with every unit.

When completed in early 2026, Southpoint will be home to 217 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms.

It's the taller 12-level building that offers rooftop amenities with sweeping views across Bayside. It has a plunge pool, communal well-being spaces, barbecue facilities, and a bar space, strategically positioned to offer views over the bay, CBD, and Dandenong Ranges.

Southpoint's prime location also positions residents across the road from Westfield Southland, one of the biggest shopping centres in the country.
