Golden Age Group reveal Box Hill South townhouse development Wembley Hill
Prominent residential developer Golden Age Group has revealed its latest project.
They're set to launch Wembley Hill, a collection of 143 townhouses in Box Hill South, on the banks of Gardiners Creek.
Golden Age have called in development experts Cox Architecture and Mim Fanning's Mim Design to collaborate on the architecture and interiors of the three and four-bedroom townhouses, which will be set in landscaping by landscape architects TCL.
At the heart of Wembley Hill's design philosophy is a commitment to creating spaces that foster good living, intuitive way-finding, safety, and the preservation of the striking natural environment, said Cox Architecture's Phillip Rowe.
"There is no room here for token gestures – each space has been shaped from the inside out," Rowe said.
One of the defining features of Wembley Hill is its tiered gardens, mature trees, and open green spaces that seamlessly blend into the architecture. The precincts are united by a palette of warm and off-white brickwork, complemented by natural or charcoal timber accents and vertical greenery.
Curved facades grace Hay Street Village townhomes, while others boast upper terraces with views of Gardiners Creek.
Mediating between the architecture and landscape, the interiors are richly layered, incorporating raw natural expressions in stone, timber, and brass. The spacious interiors are adorned with high-end finishes and appliances, offering intelligent joinery solutions that support a modern lifestyles.
Wembley Hill isn't just a residential development; it's an oasis within the bustling city. With over 13,000 sqm of green spaces featuring cascading landscapes and tiered gardens, residents will find tranquility and rejuvenation right at their doorstep.
Exclusive amenities are also planned for the community, ensuring that residents have access to a vibrant and enriching lifestyle just moments from their home.
The community's urban planning takes inspiration from the site's natural slant towards Gardiners Creek, infusing Wembley Hill with botanical qualities that give it an alluring sense of place.
Situated in the coveted and highly desirable Box Hill area, it's ideally located just a five-minute drive away from Box Hill Central, Sky One Plaza, SKY SQR, and a range of local eateries.
Residents will also benefit from being in the Box Hill High school zone and surrounded by a number of educational institutes, making Wembley Hill a dream living environment for families.
