Diversified Melbourne developer Giancorp Property Group has launched its latest residential project.

Fresh off completing Penny Lane in Moonee Ponds, the George Giannarelli founded developer has ventured further east to Alphington where they've just revealed Park Avenue, a collection of 73 apartments and townhouses at 700 Heidelberg Road,

Designed by Marchese Partners, Park Avenue’s classic architectural design and finishes complement the surrounding streetscape in style and scale.

Each residence is meticulously planned to maximise views and facilitate comfortable living. The homes feature a harmonious blend of timeless architecture, expansive interiors, and elevated park and river views.

Floor-to-ceiling windows enhance warm and inviting interiors, framing panoramic park views that stretch toward the river. The interiors seamlessly extend to the oversized balcony or terrace, providing an ideal private space for dining, entertaining, and relaxation.

The beautifully appointed and spacious kitchen showcases natural stone as the focal point, complemented by a generous island bench, premium appliances, and well-thought-out streamlined storage. Larger apartments offer the option for a butler’s pantry and dedicated study space.

Prospective homeowners can choose between a light or dark scheme for their residence.

Standout amenities will elevate residents' lifestyle and experience at Park Avenue.

Residents can host the perfect party in the residents’ lounge, which can be reserved exclusively for their event. Residents can prepare everything they need with a fully equipped kitchen, while the large dining table and cosy couches provide seating to suit all guests.

Meanwhile, the communal dining area is ideal for outdoor entertaining, with alfresco seating and a barbecue area framed by pretty pergolas and lush greenery.

Residents will also enjoy round-the-clock access to the dedicated gym, with various machines, free weights, and open space for post-workout activities.

Giancorp is targeting an average energy rating of 7.1 stars for Park Avenue, showcasing a commitment to environmentally conscious initiatives. Features include double-glazing and cross-ventilation design, CO monitoring, EV charging points, rainwater storage, high-efficiency LED lighting, 5-star cooling systems, and 26kW of PV on the roof.

Construction will also prioritise low VOC, PVC, and formaldehyde building products and recycle over 80 per cent of construction waste.

Park Avenue is just 6.5 km north-east of Melbourne’s CBD and only moments from parklands, wetlands and the Yarra River.

Alphington Station, a convenient five-minute walk away, provides simple access to the CBD, complemented by easy access to the Eastern Freeway and the Main Yarra Trail for cyclists.

Apartments range from $475,000 to $1,895,000.
