Gamuda Land has secured approval for an 18-storey tower in Melbourne's South, signalling a significant addition to the St Kilda skyline.

The off the plan apartment development, named Fareham at 95 St Kilda Road, will home 78 apartments, which Gamuda Land is expecting to complete by the end of 2025.
