Seafarers Docklands location in Melbourne puts it in the heart of a number of university campuses.

Delivered by Riverlee, who have partnered to Australia's first 1 Hotel for the Flinders Street development, Seafarers is located just one kilometre away from Victoria University's Flinders Street and King Street campuses.

La Trobe's Collins Street campus is just a 1.3 kilometre walk, with Charles Darwin University's campus, also on Collins Street, just 1.5 kilometres away.

There's three private schools located around two kilometres from Seafarers, including Ozford College, Simmonds Catholic College and Stott's College, with the public Victorian College of The Art secondary school and Albert Park College around two kilometres away.

Seafarers comprises a collection of 123 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Seafarers heralds a new era in luxury inner-city living on Melbourne’s Yarra River, with exclusive access to luxury hotel amenities, management and services.

Not only does it deliver 5-star hotel amenities, it also has the convenience of being near world-class restaurants, cafes, markets and some of the best educational facilities and universities Melbourne has to offer. The award-winning architecture and interior design firm Carr Design created the apartments to maximise external views, space and natural light, with interiors including reflective surfaces, natural and concealed doors.

Fender Katsilidis designed the building. Its striking geometric façade takes full advantage of reflective surfaces to highlight it's 220-metres of uninterrupted Yarra riverfront. Residents benefit from sweeping views from the Yarra to Port Phillip Bay.

Set amongst Melbourne’s most diverse neighbourhood, the development boasts close access to the waterside cafés, restaurants and bars at South Wharf Promenade, as well as the laneways, arcades and grand boulevards of the nearby Melbourne CBD.

And don't forget everything else Docklands offers residents, with the precinct benefitting from 3,500 sqm of new riverfront parkland at Seafarers Rest.

Seafarers offers a number of amenities to its residents within an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, full-service fitness centre and spa.

To complement the convenience of hotel luxuries, a further suite of amenities is reserved for the private enjoyment of residents, including dining rooms, lounge, library and the lush surrounds of Seafarers’ elevated outdoor garden, Riverview Terrace.

Boasting uniquely large floorplans, Seafarers’ residences are situated on levels nine to 18 of the building which is an inspired reimagining of the heritage-protected Goods Shed 5.

Prices at Seafarers begin from $825,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and from $2.46 million for a three-bedroom apartment.

Park view residences start from $1.195 million while waterfront residence prices begin from as low as $1.9 million.

The development is expected to reach completion in late 2023.
