Mirvac’s Docklands tower Voyager is set to be the ninth completed tower in Yarra’s Edge master plan community.

The $300 million, 315-apartment development on the Docklands waterfront, set to be completed in September this year, will rise 130 metres, a skyhigh 43 levels, and will be the tallest tower in the precinct to date.

Voyager is entirely of Mirvac’s creation, with design and construction also being handled by their award-winning in-house teams.

It is home to a wide collection of contemporary one, two and three bedroom residences, as well as three bedroom flexi townhomes and Sky Residences, designed for lofty luxury living.

The Mirvac Design team aimed to create contemporary, versatile residences to suit all lifestyles and life cycles, ensuring Voyager appeals to a broad demographic of purchasers through a diverse range of built form and liveability.

As the tallest building to date at Yarra’s Edge, many apartments in Voyager offer sweeping views across the city skyline and beyond, from their very own balcony or wintergarden.

Prices vary across the tower with prices starting as low as $601,500 for a one bedroom apartment.

There is a spread of different sized two bedders on offer, with prices starting at $706,500 for the two bedroom, one bathroom apartments, and $774,400 for the two bedroom two bathroom configurations.

Three bedroom residences in the Docklands development start around $1.3 million.

Floorplan options still available for purchase:

  • One Bedroom, one Bathroom, one parking space, 63 sqm (pictured above)
  • Two bedroom, one bathroom, one parking space, 73 sqm-91 sqm

  • Two bedroom, two bathroom, one/two parking space, 109 sqm (pictured above) to 175 sqm
  • Three bedroom, two bathroom, two parking space, 150 sqm - 175 sqm (pictured below)

Voyager offers residents the choice between two polished colour schemes, Halcyon and Intrepid.

Halcyon features neutral accents, stone benches, metallic finishes and soft tones.

Intrepid explores darker tones, with a different colour scheme for the joinery and benchtops.

Voyager is just one part of Yarra’s Edge, a 14.5-hectare inner-city sanctuary located on the north-facing bank of the Yarra River.
