Developer Ben White has been honing his craft in the property space for the past 25 years.

White has contributed to some of the country’s most significant developments across his time, including Collins Arch, featuring over 230 apartments combined with the W Hotel, along with Capital Grand South Yarra, Vogue South Yarra, The Emporium, Freshwater Place and Kingston Foreshore.

Now White is readying his Fitzroy project, 363 George Street, for purchasers. The project is slated for completion in Q3 2023.

Curated by the award-winning team Bergman & Co., led by Director Wendy Bergman, 363 George Street presents a limited collection of just 15 apartments across seven levels, with each of the units boasting generously-sized open plan living spaces.

The apartments have been designed to maximise natural light and space.

At the heart of each apartment is a monolithic terrazzo island bench in the kitchen, complimented with V-Zug Swiss appliances, as well as deep timber accents and warm grey cabinetry.

The bathrooms are striking, featuring speckled terrazzo flooring contrasted by soft mosaic tiles shrouding the shower niche, giving a gentle sense of tactility and grain.

Floating cabinetry, accent lighting a freestanding bath create a calming and refined feel, while increasing the sense of space.

Bursting at the seams with culture, character, and creativity, Fitzroy is the is the oldest suburb in Melbourne – as well as the most progressive. Encompassed by Brunswick Street, Smith Street, and Johnston Street, residents of 363 George Street will enjoy connectivity in spades, set within walking distance to the best of Melbourne's cultural hub in Fitzroy.

“Nestled in the heart of Fitzroy, the George Street apartments interprets the industrial character of the suburb with a refined and contemporary hand," Bergman said.

"A layered palette of finishes gives tactility and warmth, complementing the development’s signature rose-tinted concrete façade,"
