Balmoral Quay, one of the first residential developments in Rippleside in decades, has completed construction.

Ireland Brown Constructions recently completed the third and fourth stages of the Liverpool Street, Rippleside development, next to Balmoral Quay Marina.

Stages three and four comprise 44 two-level townhouses and 17 apartments.

The completion of Balmoral Quay, which has been described as a "labour of love" by the developers, comes as the final release of sought-after waterfront homes, with only a limited number of ready-to-move-in units still available for sale.

Designed by internationally acclaimed SJB Architects, the residences feature large, open-plan living spaces meeting terraces or balconies, and panoramic views across Corio Bay.

Balmoral Quay is strategically located near Geelong's CBD, offering convenient access to urban amenities while also providing a serene environment with lush green parks nearby.

The harbourside residences at Balmoral Quay start at $1.785 million, while the parkside residences start from $1.95 million.
