Malaysian developer MRCB are close to selling out their Carnegie apartment development, 1060 Carnegie.

There's only a handful of two-bedroom apartments remaining in the 173-apartment building named after its location at 1060 Dandenong Road. All the one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments have sold.

Located within 10-kilometres of the city centre, residents are connected to a host of conveniences, including multiple public transport links and the nearby M1 highway. The ground floor of 1060 Carnegie also includes retail stores and cafes, placing everyday amenity on buyers' doorstep.

Given 1060 Carnegie is one of the tallest structures in the area, the majority of apartments feature unobstructed and expansive views to the Dandenong Ranges as well the city skyline, with perfectly framed vistas experienced best from the rooftops garden, designed exclusively for the use of residents.

Internally, the apartments are graced with the flair of Peddle Thorpe's interior design. Crafted bespoke kitchens and living zones combine with high-quality finishes and appliances, as well as cleverly integrated storage in each of the homes.

Carnegie, an established suburb of Melbourne, has witnessed steady residential market growth over the long term, with the population in the area increasing by almost seven per cent in the past five years.

Unit prices in the suburb have experienced steady growth at a rate of 2.43 percent over the past three years. Almost half of the population are renters, making it an attractive prospect for investors.

The upward trend highlights Carnegie's growing popularity, particularly among young professionals looking for a blend of urban amenities and a community atmosphere.

MRCB are developing Vista in Surfers Paradise, their first development on the Gold Coast.
