Longtime collaborators Roulston, Ewert Leaf, and Jack Merlo, have once again joined forces to unveil their latest project, Gladstone Armadale.

The residential development promises a living experience that goes beyond the ordinary, combining elegant design, generous spaces, and exquisite craftsmanship.

Nestled in one of Armadale's most coveted locations, Gladstone offers residents a privileged lifestyle just moments away from Union Gardens, Malvern Central, and High Street. The surrounding area boasts lush parks, upscale boutiques, and a plethora of world-class dining options. And when the need arises, residents enjoy excellent connectivity to the rest of Melbourne.

Step inside Gladstone and residents are greeted by interiors that seamlessly reflect the architectural philosophy. A neutral finishes palette, complemented by natural stone and oak timber flooring, creates an atmosphere of refined sophistication, while crafted joinery can be found throughout the kitchen, living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms, offering ample storage solutions.

Additional luxurious touches include bespoke bar installations, study areas, and stately fireplaces.

Expansive proportions characterise every corner of Gladstone, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows that not only showcase views of the surrounding greenery but also flood the interiors with an abundance of natural light.

The open-plan living area seamlessly transitions to a large, wrap-around terrace, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces and providing an ideal setting for entertaining guests.

Gladstone's fixtures and finishes have been sourced from the industry's most respected artisans and suppliers. With the choice between a light or dark scheme, the residences benefit from marble surfaces, the warmth of timber floors, and brushed nickel tapware and fittings.

The master suite at Gladstone sets a new benchmark for luxury living. Thoughtfully designed, the master bedroom offers direct access to the terrace and features a functional walk-in robe that can be customised to suit personal preferences.

Pure wool carpets and a rich finishes palette create an indulgent atmosphere, while the ensuites are a haven of tranquility, complete with a spacious double-vanity, integrated storage, feature lighting, and a lavish bathtub framed in stone.

The apartments are completed and ready-to-move-in to, with two and three-bedroom floorplans still remaining.
