National developer Equire has started to welcome off the plan apartment buyers into its recently completed Ivanhoe apartment development, Locale.

Construction firm Balmain & Co recently finished off the build of the DKO Architecture-designed building at 1023 Heidelberg Road, next to Darebin Station.

The development is home to 44 apartments, characterised by open-plan layouts and high-quality finishes, including stone-topped Miele appliances and integrated fridge-freezers.

Each apartment extends onto either a courtyard, terrace or balcony, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living, while double glazing and heating and cooling ensure comfort year-round, along with energy efficiency.

Located just nine kilometres from the CBD, residents are strategically placed to take in all the city centre has to offer, along with the best of Ivanhoe, including shops, cafes, restaurants, schools, public transport and lush parklands.

Completed two-bedroom apartments start from $760,000.
