Lendlease's Gramercy Terraces is currently under construction on the site of Melbourne’s former Wertheim Piano Factory and Channel 9 Studios. Today, it is being transformed into a series of luxury freehold terrace houses, with elements of the site’s rich history infused into the architecture - such as the heritage-inspired red brick facade.

Take a look at our recent display suite tour to learn more.

GRAMERCY TERRACES AT A GLANCE

Address: Stawell Street, Richmond, VIC
Developer: Lendlease
Architect: Bates Smart

Each home is filled with pieces by artisan brands, including the Jean Francois D'or pendant lights, Astra Walker tapware and Signorino stone benchtops.

Kitchens also feature top-of-the-line integrated Miele appliances, including a 5 burner gas cooktop. You'll also have two design schemes to choose from and the ability to add a wine fridge.

Double-glazed windows and ducted air conditioning are found throughout the home, with a video intercom for extra convenience and security.

Vast voids allow for natural light to fill living areas, with floating stair treads further dispersing the light throughout the home, showcasing the innovative architectural design.

Each home is designed to achieve a 6.5-star average NatHERS rating, with precast concrete partition walls and suspended concrete slabs used for greater thermal comfort and acoustic performance. Bedrooms also feature 100% wool carpet, while living areas include European Oak timber flooring

In the bathroom, there's a statement freestanding bathtub, a bespoke dual vanity, and a very spacious shower with modern frameless glass.

One of the most unique features of this development is that the final stage properties come with their own rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the privacy of your home. And enjoy the view of the Yarra River to the east, and spectacular Melbourne CBD skyline to the west.

Located in the eastern pocket of Richmond, you're just 4 kilometres from Melbourne CBD and within walking distance to Swan Street, Burnley Station and trams. There are also excellent schools in the area such as Melbourne Girls’ College, Hawthorn West Primary School, Trinity Catholic School, Yarra and Richmond Primary, and you're minutes to Burnley Park and Yarra River. For dog owners, you have five off-leash parks in Richmond less than 2Kms away.

This is your chance to secure a freehold three-bedroom home that will be ready to move into at the end of 2023.

There is also Stamp Duty Savings* for eligible buyers. Up to $75,000 plus. Conditions apply.

Construction has commenced, and the final stage is now selling so you’ll want to be in quick. Enquire via Urban today to learn more.

*Stamp Duty Savings: Individual circumstances may vary, purchasers should make their own enquiries regarding payment of stamp duty.
