After following developer Blue Earth Group for a while now, I've been impressed by the creative ways the team delivers extensive amenities while keeping strata costs down – and I've heard Ivanhoe Gardens offers their best amenity list yet.

To learn more about the development, take a look at our recent display suite tour video.

IVANHOE GARDENS AT A GLANCE

Developer: Blue Earth Group

Architects: CHT Architects

Builder: Hamilton Marino

Homes from: $462,000

Location: 43 Linden Avenue, Ivanhoe VIC 3079

Ivanhoe Gardens is situated just off Bell Street, Ivanhoe’s main arterial road. Being located on the suburb’s fringe means a coveted postcode at a lower price point – with a good opportunity for your home to see a value increase in future. Plus, Ivanhoe is a significant employment hub, with Victoria’s largest medical precinct and La Trobe University within a 4-kilometre radius.

The Art Deco and Modernist influences have been woven into the design of Ivanhoe Gardens, as you can see from the globe pendant lights, clean lines and pared-back material palette.

Blue Earth Group has formed an industry-leading team. The display, built by Hamilton Marino, is constructed by the same company that worked across many of the developer's previous properties and will be facilitating the build of Ivanhoe Gardens. This means you can check the build quality in real life before making your purchase.

In the kitchen, you've got everything from the state of the art appliances to smooth stone benchtops and bespoke cabinetry, complete with a glow of LED strip lighting.

CHT Architects have designed the space to effortlessly flow to open plan living, extending to a private balcony via floor-to-ceiling stacker sliders. Some homes even overlook a stunning central garden designed by acclaimed landscape architecture practice, Jack Merlo

In the bathrooms, the styling is modern and minimalist, with circular basins, gunmetal tapware and generous walk-in showers.

Another cool feature of these apartments is the access you'll have to the incredible hotel-style amenities. Ivanhoe Gardens features over 3,600 square metres dedicated to on-site facilities, and to visualise that number, that's around 50 apartments.

The team has considered the kinds of amenities residents will get the most use of, with innovative spaces including work sheds, an art room, co-working spaces, and car and dog washing facilities. You'll be able to get groceries delivered with chiller storage available at the on-site click n collect or store your wine in the bookable cellars.

There are even opportunities to lease spaces within the development to run your own business – including the cafe and massage studio.

To learn about pricing and all the different floorplans available, you can book an appointment to meet with a sales agent via the property listing on Urban.com.au
