Recently we visited Essendon to check out the display suite of Kincrest's The Watson. The development features just 37 luxury residences designed by an industry-leading team and boasting incredible views.

Take a look at our video tour:

THE WATSON AT A GLANCE

Address: 1 Thorne Street, Essendon
Developer: Kincrest
Architect: Rothelowman
Interior designer: Telha Clarke

Located at 1 Thorn Street, Essendon, you're just 20 minutes from Flinders Station, with convenient access to the M2. The Watson is only 3 minutes to the DFO, a 12-minute walk to Essendon Station, and you've got trams on your doorstep that run every 8 minutes. You'll also love exploring North Essendon Village for local retail and dining.

One of the drawcards to buying into a suburb as established as Essendon is you're spoilt for choice, with many great retail stores, eateries and amenities within minutes from your home.

The Watson's striking facade is the work of award-winning architect, Rothelowman, which will see an abundance of floor-to-ceiling glazing, vertical greenery and elegant panelling, providing a visually appealing structure to the prominent corner site.

Interior designer, Telha Clarke, has curated living spaces that make the most of the incredible city skyline views, with quality materials selected to stand the test of time structurally and style-wise.

In the kitchen, you've got top-of-the-line Miele appliances. The homes also feature a neutral tonal palette with timber flooring throughout and plenty of space for entertaining.

The Watson is also set to achieve a 7-star green star rating* for environmental sustainability.

The development includes:

  • 45k L water tank
  • Solar power
  • EV charging accessibility
  • Thermal and acoustic treated double glazing
  • Individually monitored and temperature-controlled rooms
  • Secure bike storage

Whichever apartment you opt for, each room captures a unique vista - overlooking the city, Lincoln Park, the Californian-style palm trees, and even the bay.

All homes are also sold with a minimum of 2 carparks situated within the secure basement.

Kincrest has a soundtrack record as a developer, having already sold out multi-residential developments Stanhope and Armytage.
