Diversified developer Damgar Property Group has launched its latest residential apartment development Rosella, in Melbourne's south-eastern suburb Murrumbeena.

Rosella is a collection of 70 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments starting at $520,000.

The seven-level building, in the heart of Murrumbeena village, includes six commercial tenancies, a communal rooftop terrace and gardens with views of the Melbourne skyline.

Designed by Cera Stribley, Rosellas’ rough-cast concrete, dark terrazzo, and warm copper accents façade with its arched expression, reflects the fluidity of the adjacent underpasses at Hughesdale Station. The interplay of materials and tones masterfully distinguishes the ground-level podium from the tower.

Within the apartments, gracefully curved walls echo the exterior's arched expression. Each unit features a shared, open floor plan from the kitchen to the terrace.

Rosella's Miele-appointed kitchens are the heart of the home, featuring expansive stone surfaces, convex cupboard pulls, and gun-metal tapware.

The bathrooms are simplistic yet ultramodern with their minimalist palette, oversized wall tiles stretching from floor to ceiling, and bespoke joinery providing concealed storage solutions.

Rosella enjoys convenient access to Murrumbeena Park and playground, schools, public transportation, and cuisine restaurants.

Residents can reach Hughesdale Train Station in just one minute and less than half an hour from Melbourne's CBD.

The project is set for completion in September 2025.
