Luxmile Group's latest apartment development Vitae, a Latin word meaning or pertaining to life, is coming to life, currently under construction on its prime Dandenong Road site in Armadale.

The project promises to offer residents a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

Comprising just 14 apartments, Vitae stands out with its soft and sweeping curves, exuding a sense of elegance and sophistication. The meticulous attention to landscaping further enhances the living environment, creating a space that feels light, airy, and harmoniously integrated with nature.

Designed by Ascui & Co, in collaboration with landscape architect Jack Merlo, the apartments at Vitae have been thoughtfully crafted to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. With a focus on maximising natural light, ventilation, and breathtaking views, each apartment is positioned as a corner residence, ensuring that residents can relish in the beauty of their surroundings.

The development offers a mix of two and three-bedroom corner apartments, each featuring outdoor spaces and secure car parking. Two penthouses are also on offer, catering to those seeking an elevated level of luxury and exclusivity.

Each apartment is flooded with natural light and has cross-flow ventilation and views from every corner. Wide corridors and softened corners contribute to an effortless, airy feel, while also allowing for a seamless flow of light and space throughout the residences.

Located in the heart of Armadale, Vitae enjoys a privileged position surrounded by an abundance of transport connections, charming cafes, and excellent shopping and dining options. Residents will have the convenience of city living at their doorstep and count the popular precincts in South Yarra, Prahran and St Kilda East as their neighbours.

Construction is underway on the apartments, with two and three-bedroom floorplans still available.
