Exciting developments are taking place in the heart of BENTLEIGH as construction begins for the highly anticipated Alba Apartments.

With a target move-in date set for early 2024, this exclusive collection of one and two-bedroom apartments is poised to offer a modern and comfortable living experience.

Mim Design were engaged for the design of the apartments, drawing inspiration from the surrounding environment and architectural elements.

A soft neutral interior palette features throughout Alba, coupled with ice grey, white, and neutral hues, which complements the natural white exterior.

High-quality fixtures and finishes, including Smeg appliances, have been carefully curated to add depth and sophistication to the overall aesthetic.

The apartments will boast oak timber flooring throughout, in addition to reverse cycle heating/cooling systems, secure basement car parking and additional storage options.

Situated just a stone's throw away from BENTLEIGH Railway Station, residents will enjoy easy access to public transportation.

The nearby Aldi and Coles supermarkets, as well as local grocers, cater to everyday shopping needs, while for those seeking entertainment and leisure, the Centre Road shopping strip offers a variety of cafes, eateries, and shops.

The Alba Apartments are also conveniently located within a short drive of beaches and Chadstone Shopping Centre.
