Construction has begun on the Alexandra Collection, a set of 11 luxurious single-level residences located in the heart of South Yarra's Como Hill.

In a joint venture, Cbus Property and Sterling Global appointed Hacer Group to construct the latest release in Como Terraces, with the Alexandra Collection slated for completion in early 2024.

The single-level residences bring a mix of two and three-bedroom floorplans to the development, where there are only two residences per level, set across three low-rise buildings designed by Carr.

Designed to provide inner-city living reimagined with a strong emphasis on nature, the homes are set amidst a mix of native and exotic landscapes by Taylor Cullity Lethlean (T.C.L) that blend seamlessly into the architecture.

Each of the residences in the Alexandra Collection offers generous proportions and abundant natural light with internal areas of up to 294 sqm, individually designed in a palette of neutral tones, including rammed earth, textured concrete, natural stone, and timber.

Expansive balconies and terraces flow from the light-filled interiors, with a selection of the homes offering extended private gardens.

Inside, the residences feature large Travertine stone benchtop island benches in each expansive kitchen, as well as Swiss-made V-ZUG appliances and integrated fridges.

Home-like amenity is also on offer in the Alexandra Collection, with a residents' lounge area and private dining room, as well as dedicated concierge providing a range of services delivering the utmost in convenience.

Situated within the enviable locale of South Yarra, the apartments give the opportunity to embrace the best of riverside living, oriented to enjoy frontage to South Yarra's coveted tree-lined Alexandra Avenue, while also enjoying north-facing views to the Yarra River as well as to the exclusive Como Hill precinct.

The Alexandra Collection is also just a four minute walk to Chapel Street and Toorak Road, which delivers an array of cafes, restaurants and retail outlets.
