APARTMENT 203
First we toured a two bedroom apartment, which featured a 70 square floorplate plus a 20 square metre north-facing balcony. It also comes with a carpark and intercom.
The layout of all homes allows for flexible open plan living spaces, with custom joinery giving you plenty of storage. You've also integrated Miele appliances, and limestone benchtops.
Olea homes feature integrated European laundries with linen storage. Two-bedroom apartments also include two luxurious bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling tiling, limestone vanities, frameless shower glass, and warm LED feature lighting.
