Buyers to move into Chapter Ashburton in 2024 as Hamilton Marino advances construction
In a significant stride towards completion, seasoned construction firm Hamilton Marino has reached the 60 per cent construction mark at Chapter Ashburton, the exclusive apartment development by KM Develop.
Various construction milestones have been achieved, including the completion of level two lightweight steel installation and the commencement of fire and mechanical service rough-in to the basement and ground floor.
Subhead and sub-sill installation are in progress, while the concrete precast elements forming the structure have been completed. The project is gearing up for the roof installation, with 80 per cent of all floors already stripped out.
Situated at 363-367 High Street, Chapter Ashburton comprises 24 meticulously designed one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
Collaboratively designed by Ewert Leaf and landscape architecture firm John Patrick, the project emphasises a timeless aesthetic on its façade, integrating greenery for a symmetrical grandeur that harmonises with the surrounding streetscape. Tactile bricks and steel palisades ensure both quality and longevity in design.
Internally, the apartments boast carefully selected finishes and warm tones, creating a neutral canvas for personalisation. Spacious open-plan living areas, flooded with natural light from large windows, seamlessly extend to expansive outdoor entertaining spaces.
Premium fixtures and fittings, such as European appliances and brushed nickel tapware, feature in the kitchens and the bathrooms.
Master bedrooms feature plush wool carpets and warm timber joinery, opening up to private balconies with serene green views. Ensuites continue the luxury theme with organic feature tiles, expansive walk-in showers, and freestanding bathtubs in select apartments.
Residents of Chapter Ashburton will enjoy an array of amenities, including EV charging with individual power outlets for all resident car parking spaces, integrated parcel delivery through secure lockers, and a convenient dog wash bay for pet owners. Security measures, such as card access, remote control car park access, audio-video intercom, and CCTV security throughout, contribute to residents' peace of mind.
The project also meets BESS sustainability standards, incorporating initiatives such as a rainwater harvesting system for toilet flushing and irrigation.
A handful of two and three-bedroom apartments are available in Chapter Ashburton, ranging in size 103 sqm to 294 sqm. Prices start from $850,000.
Chapter Ashburton is on track for residents to move in by mid-2024.
