Construction is forging ahead at Martin Brighton, the latest off the plan apartment development in Brighton's sought-after 3186 postcode.

The project of just 11 apartments from luxury development specialists EBG Development is on track to be completed in early 2024.

EBG are making themselves accountable for the timeline of the build. They've got on offer where, during construction, buyers' deposits will earn interest at seven per cent per annum, which is passed on to the buyer.

Designed with elegance and sophistication in mind, Martin Bright offers a range of two and three-bedroom floor plans to suit various lifestyles and preferences.

Over 40 percent of the apartments at Martin Brighton have sold, leaving only a select few apartments on the market. Prices start at $1,395,000 for the generously-sized apartments which start from 104 sqm and range in size to 141 sqm.

The architectural design of Martin Brighton is a testament to the expertise of the Buchan Group Architects, while the interiors have been curated by the renowned Miriam Fanning's MIM Design. The result is a seamless blend of contemporary aesthetics and timeless appeal.

The interiors not only showcase a defined aesthetic but also provide buyers with the freedom to infuse their personal style and preferences into their living spaces. The harmonious integration of indoor and outdoor areas allows residents to enjoy views of the city and water from their verdant planted balconies.

In an effort to make ownership more accessible, EBG has introduced an enticing incentive for potential buyers. The deposit requirement for Martin Brighton has been significantly reduced to just five percent, which is half of the standard 10 percent deposit typically seen in other projects.

Downsizers have shown a keen interest in Martin Brighton, appreciating the development's location and the lifestyle it offers.

Situated on Martin Street, the project provides residents with the coveted Brighton lifestyle without the hustle and bustle typically associated with the area. The Martin Street Village, an intimate and vibrant precinct, is a short stroll away and is home to a variety of fashion boutiques, cafes, and restaurants.

Nature enthusiasts will also delight in the proximity to the Bay Trail and Elwood Beach, both just over a kilometre away, allowing for leisurely walks or beachside relaxation.
