Builder developer Buildkomm has officially launched GENOA Residence in Moorabbin, only a few months before construction is set to conclude.

GENOA Residence comprises 33 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across a five-level, low-rise building, located in the heart of the Bayside's neighbourhoods lively retail centre.

The new development, designed by BK World, offers various apartment sizes and layouts which will likely cater to both young professionals and families. Families will be particularly interested in the project given it's just two streets away from Southmoor Primary School.

Each unit features a gourmet kitchen with integrated Fisher & Paykel appliances, modern tapware and tiling in the bathrooms, split system heating and cooling and video intercom systems. Each apartment also has a balcony which flows from the open plan living area.

Both the Highett and Moorabbin Train Stations are within a 30-minute walk from the Genoa Street project, while there's extensive bus services on South Road and the Nepean Highway.

Residents however won't have to go far for local amenity. GENOA Residence is ideally located a stone's throw from the local village which has a Woolworths supermarket and a number of cafes and restaurants. Southland Shopping Centre is also just a seven-minute drive.

GENOA Residence is located within close proximity to the Woolworths supermarket, Moorabbin train station, local village shopping, major arterial roads, Southland Shopping Centre, and the expansive Bricker Reserve.

Residents will also be just down the road from Bricker Reserve, which has sports grounds, a sporting pavilion, two playgrounds, landscaped gardens, outdoor exercise equipment and an off-leash dog area.

These apartments are expected to be fully completed and ready for occupancy by November of this year. Potential buyers can take advantage of the current stamp duty rules and regulations before construction completes.
