Construction has officially commenced on Matrix Development's 333 STK apartment development in St Kilda, undertaken by builder Balmain & Co

Designed by Rothelowman, 333 STK will consist of 76 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two limited penthouse duplexes.

The development will feature two retail spaces at ground level, anticipated to be a mini grocer and a specialty bakery cafe.

Residents will have exclusive access to communal amenities, including a private dining room, a multifunctional lounge that can serve as a media room or conference space, a rooftop retreat with a barbecue area, and a fully equipped gym.

333 StK is strategically located on a 2,540 sqm corner site along St Kilda Road and Blanche Street.

The site offers excellent connectivity with a high transit score of 81, placing future residents just metres from a tram stop and benefiting from the nearby ANZAC Station.

Residents will also enjoy close proximity to local attractions and amenities such as the St Kilda Esplanade Market, The Avenue Hospital, St Kilda Park Primary School, St Mary College, St Kilda Beach, St Kilda Botanical Garden, and Luna Park.

Balmain & Co is targeting a Q4 2025 completion date. Stamp duty savings are currently available for prospective buyers.

Prices for the apartments range from $645,000 to $4.8 million.

Matrix Development Australia is the Australian division of Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad (MCHB). MCHB has been operating as a public listed property developer in Malaysia since 1996.

In 2016, Matrix launched its first foray into the Melbourne market with the development of M.Carnegie, a 52-apartment low rise that was 100 per cent sold upon completion in 2018.
