AVJennings have made a name for themselves within the property space as community-developing experts.

They've been developing Waterline Place in Williamstown for a number of years, as well as masterplan communities in Clyde North, Wollert, and Mernda.

Now it's time for them to take on Melbourne's inner-ring, in the bustling suburb of Brunswick West.

Their new community, Harvest Square, will tap into the charm of the inner north suburb, with the unique community offering a blend of modern living with nature and convenience.

Located just six kilometres from Melbourne's CBD, the vibrant neighbourhood boasts a diverse and friendly community that welcomes a range of occupiers, including families, young professionals, and retirees.

Harvest Square offers a range of housing options, including apartments and townhomes, linked by green pathways, gardens, and landscaped thoroughfares.

One of the key benefits of living in Harvest Square is the proximity to a plethora of amenities.

From authentic culinary delights, boutique shopping, and art galleries to everyday shopping needs, the neighbourhood has it all. Sydney Road is a popular destination for foodies, with the Brunswick Market offering an essential stop for Middle Eastern delicacies. Meanwhile, Barkly Square Shopping Centre has everything for daily needs, including Woolworths and ALDI supermarkets.

Harvest Square is also surrounded by green spaces, allowing residents to connect with nature while enjoying the benefits of inner-city living. Dunstan Reserve, situated adjacent to the community, is a favourite among families, with its children's playground, walking and cycling paths, and community garden. Cyclists will also appreciate the network of bike tracks nearby, including those in Moonee Ponds and Merri Creek.

In terms of transportation, Harvest Square is well-connected to the rest of Melbourne.

Commuters can easily access the CBD via trams, buses, and trains. CityLink also acts as a connector throughout Melbourne and into regional Victoria, making it easier for residents to explore the state.

There's also a range of educational institutes within proximity, from childcare to tertiary education, including Brunswick North West Primary School which is a short walk away, while RMIT University Brunswick Campus is also nearby.
