SQ Property has been progressing well with their contemporary Brunswick apartment development, Archer.

SQ, who are also handling the build of the project, is set to wrap construction on Archer later this year, which once complete will deliver 58 apartments to the suburb filled with converted heritage buildings.

Bergman & Co and Metaxas Architects worked in collaboration on the project, incorporating Brunswick's industrial grandeur into the design, blending functional ideals with the distinctive style of the area.

Arched windows not only frame unique views but also allow unobstructed sunshine to flood the interiors, where, from these vantage points, residents can enjoy sight lines that extend all the way to the Melbourne cityscape.

The kitchens boast high-quality finishes, fixtures, and fittings, including the latest European appliances, complimented with gun metal accents and custom crafted handles.

The living areas and hallways are adorned with wide Saddle or Ash floorboards, while the bedrooms, spacious and filled with light, feature 100 per cent pure wool carpets.

The bathrooms feature textured wood laminate vanities, sleek feature lighting, fluted shower screens, and back-to-wall toilets, coupled with architectural tapware, providing not only a luxurious setting but a functional one as well.

Situated in one of Melbourne's most charismatic suburbs, Archer Brunswick offers residents the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich and vibrant culture of Brunswick.

The development is located only minutes away from the CBD, providing the perfect balance of convenience and a thriving retail, cultural, and dining precinct.

There's still one, two and three-bedroom apartments remaining in the development, with prices starting from $465,000.
