In early 2020, we took a tour of the Yarra One display suite – and just recently we were invited to visit the newly completed development. Take a look at our apartment tour:

YARRA ONE AT A GLANCE

Developer: EcoWorld International

Architects: Fender Katsalidis Architects

Homes from: $455,000

Location: 16-22 Claremont Street, South Yarra

Located just a street back from Chapel Street in the heart of South Yarra, the precinct is noticeably quiet, despite being a stone's throw from one of Melbourne's top shopping and dining precincts.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis and delivered by EcoWorld in December 2020, Yarra One has been a hit with local buyers who understand the benefits of living in such a well-connected area with a thriving hub of amenities within walking distance. Just south of Yarra One is Toorak Road with South Yarra Station and the Como Centre less than 5 minutes walk away – and to the east is Chapel Street with trams running every 12 minutes.

All homes are very spacious and well laid out, with a lovely open plan flow giving you enough space to entertain.

The floor to ceiling glazing allows plenty of natural light to fill the living area, with 15mm timber flooring giving the space a sense of warmth. All balconies have multiple access points with room for a barbeque and outdoor dining table.

The kitchens feature bespoke cabinetry with integrated Miele appliances and stunning stone benchtops, many of which also include breakfast bars. I'm impressed by the amount of built-in storage in each home, proving the developer has clearly considered these apartments' livability.

Most residences are equipped with expansive euro laundries, and many also feature a dedicated study area – which gives you the flexibility to work from home.

The industrial styled bathrooms are a real highlight. Sophisticated walk-in showers feature frosted glass, rainfall showerheads and modern nickel tapware – which is timeless styling that you are guaranteed to love in years to come.

Apartment bedrooms capture plenty of natural light, with many showcasing impressive views through the curved panel glazing.  All master suites also include an adjoining ensuite.

At Yarra One, residents will have access to the on-site Tesla electric car and the use of the concierge service for the authentic hotel experience.

If you want to invite friends around for dinner, what better place to share a meal than this stunning dining room? You've got a state-of-the-art kitchen, a bar area with its own wine cellar and lounge seating by the fireplace, as well as an alfresco courtyard which is perfect for warmer months. There are also two outdoor spa pools, and all the grounds have been meticulously landscaped and maintained.

A resident favourite is the exquisite rooftop terrace with the most spectacular views of the city skyline.
