Anplus has brought together an award-winning team for their latest residential project in Melbourne's western suburbs.

Designed in collaboration between DKO Architecture and Jack Merlo, Seddon Square is set to redefine urban living with its thoughtfully designed quadrants, seamlessly interconnected by a spacious urban oasis.

The inaugural residential stage of Seddon Square, known as Walter Lane, stands at the corner of Walter and Albert Streets.

Comprising a total of 77 residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to spacious three-bedroom homes, Walter Lane caters to a diverse range of living preferences.

The southern edge of the building is adorned with a series of two and three-story townhouses, each featuring individual front entries.

Most of the apartments are oriented towards the west, affording panoramic views of the neighbouring park. Alternatively, others face east, providing vistas of Melbourne's city skyline.

Situated amidst the thriving inner western suburbs of Melbourne, Seddon finds itself bordered by two dynamic neighbourhoods, Footscray to the north and Yarraville to the south, with the areas renowned for their diverse, and culturally rich atmospheres.

Seddon Square benefits from its proximity to an array of entertainment options, trendy shopping districts, and an abundance of dining and drinking venues.

The development is also just seven kilometres from Melbourne's bustling CBD.

Prices at Seddon Square begin from $499,000, while the three-bedroom townhouses are priced from $1.3 million.
