Wanda Terraces, developer Platinum's residential development of only 24 apartments in the heart of Caulfield North, will rise from its Hawthorn Road location by early 2025.

Wanda Terraces has 24 two and three-bedroom apartments starting from a generous 90 sqm, ranging in size to 262 sqm. Each apartment has two bathrooms and two secure parking spaces.

Inspired by the heritage and distinct character of Caulfield North's tree-lined streets, architectural practice Ewert Leaf merges classic and contemporary architectural elements and materials into an understated façade wrapped in textural elements of raw concrete, natural timber and metal accents draped in lush, cascading greenery.

"We have created a unique sense of luxury in one of Melbourne’s most desirable locations," said Ewert Leaf Director Cathryn Tattersall, while Will Leaf said the aim was to create a collection of homes with a point of difference and exclusivity.

Inside the Wanda Terraces apartments, residents will enjoy bespoke detailing and refined fittings, fixtures and finishes - pale oak flooring and textured stone surfaces - and cutting-edge home technology like biometric finger access and an app-enabled video intercom.

The apartments have an open floor layout where the oversized living, designer kitchen and dining area open into expansive private ground-floor courtyards or elevated terraces. These outdoor spaces overlook established gardens and the lush expanse of Caulfield Park.

Wanda Terraces also boast electronic parcel lockers, electric car charging stations, number plate recognition and car and dog washing amenities.

Beyond the walls of Wanda Terraces, Malvern Central, Glenferrie Road Shopping Precinct, and High Street Shopping Village are only a five-minute car ride north from the property.

Caulfield Park, the North Caulfield Medical Centre and several international cuisine restaurants, local grocers, bistros and bakery cafes can be found along the Hawthorn Road and Balaclava Road intersection south of the property.

For those who crave the sand and surf, the beach suburbs of St Kilda and Elwood are a quick 15-minute drive from the property.

With a tram stop right at the property's doorstep and Malvern Train Station just 500 metres away, commuting eight kilometres southeast to the CBD or exploring neighbouring suburbs has never been more accessible.
