Multi Master Builders Victoria award-winner, Brompton Construction, has officially commenced construction on Abadeen's Malvern East apartment development, Malea.

Maléa will bring seven luxury apartments to this sought-after area.

Abadeen chose Maléa because of its incredible location opposite Central Park in the beating heart of Malvern East," Andrew Leoncelli, who runs Abadeen's Victoria arm, says.

"We are committed to delivering a project of exceptional quality in this dynamic and thriving community across from one of the great heritage parks moments from all the very best that Melbourne has to offer."

Designed by Ewert Leaf, Malea focuses on maximising the garden-centric atmosphere characteristic of Malvern East.

The development is targeting a 6.5-Star Green Energy Rating and will feature three garden terraces designed by John Patrick and Associates, promoting an indoor-outdoor living environment.

Maléa is strategically located within walking distance of the vibrant Malvern East village, providing residents with easy access to local amenities and community hubs.

Brompton Construction is expecting to complete the building in late 2025.
