Developer Shenfield Property and Brayshaw Architects have collaborated to bring Banksia, a boutique apartment development along Charman Road in Cheltenham.

Banksia offers only 29 one-bedroom units to three-bedroom penthouses. The ground level serves as commercial spaces for future retail and coffee shops.

Banksia' location is one of its standout features, just a five-minute walk from Cheltenham Train Station and centrally positioned between green open spaces, vibrant retail and diverse dining options.

The Victoria, Cheltenham, and Royal Melbourne Golf Clubs are five minutes from the front door, while there's an abundance of nature with the Cheltenham Park which is just two streets away. That has a playground, an off leash dog area, and the Jack Barker Oval.

Within a 10-minute car drive are the beaches of Mentone, SANDRINGHAM and Black Rock.

Residents can shop, wine and dine at the nearby Westfield Southland Shopping Centre, one of the biggest shopping centres in Australia by size.

The Westfield Southland is a 16-minute walk away and home to Kmart, clothing stores, electronics outlets, diverse cuisine restaurants, and the Village Cinemas.

A quick five-minute car ride in the opposite direction leads to Mentone Centre along Nepean Highway, where Bunnings, Petbarn, Rebel, and an Aldi are conveniently located. Further to the east of Banksia is DFO Moorabbin, completing the retail needs of residents from every direction.

Families would also appreciate the best colleges and education facilities surrounding the property.

Banksia is only 130 metres from Cheltenham Primary School and less than two kilometres from Our Lady of the Assumption School and Kilbreda College.

The residences feature flexible floor plans, complemented by a landscaped private outdoor area overlooking Charman Road. Banksia allows buyers to tailor their plans to meet specific bespoke requirements.

Each apartment incorporates energy-efficient features, integrated heating and cooling systems, and basement facilities for car charging.
