Melbourne Square's completed East and West Towers on Southbank's Kavanagh Street take pride and place above Melbourne’s internationally acclaimed Arts Precinct.

The two towers form part of developer OSK Property's expansive mixed-use development which won the Best Mixed Use Development and the Best High Rise Architecture awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards in 2020 and was a nominee in the 2022 Victorian Architecture Awards.

Designed in partnership by Cox Architecture and Carr Design, the apartments in both towers were crafted to create a timeless aesthetic, with the interiors created in collaboration with interior design house Coco Republic.

There are only a handful of two and three-bedroom apartments remaining. The two-bedroom units, which come with two bathrooms, start from $757,800, and the three-bedroom apartments from $1,247,000.

Each tower features two levels of amenity on the podium, including a 50-metre swimming pool, a gym, seating and lounge areas, and a number of dining spaces.

Over 6000 sqm of public space has been included across the ground floor of the towers, with a landscaped public park, along with a number of green spaces and walkways, in addition to a full-line double-storey Woolworths, and a plethora of eateries, retail and dining options, from espresso bars, to cafes and bottle shops.

OSK recently launched the next phase of the masterplanned community, BLVD, a 73-level tower which will bring a further 619 apartments to the masterplan.
