Our first display suite tour of 2020 is Escala NewQuay, located on the ground floor of the Banksia building at Melbourne’s Docklands. Prospective buyers are welcomed into the suite with a series of architectural models, illustrating Escala’s place within MAB Corporation’s master-planned community. While this particular display suite is not a full model home, the impeccable attention to detail within every aspect of the showroom will give buyers a great understanding of how the apartments will look upon completion.

Escala NewQuay is the highly anticipated addition to Melbourne’s Docklands. The multi-residential development raises the bar for modern city living with innovative design, quality building and a focus on community living.

The development is one of the first projects in Melbourne to take on board the Victorian government’s Better Apartments Design Standards. By meeting the architectural criteria, apartments will have liveability at the forefront of design, meaning more spacious, light-filled interiors.

A staggering 75% of the 173 residences have already sold, with buyers drawn in by the developer’s commitment to quality, and unique residential offering.
