Triptree House, Taroona listed by film maker Scott Millwood

Filmmaker Scott Millwood is selling his Tasmania home, Triptree house, to move back to the mainland.

Designed by architect Ray Heffernan, the four bedroom Taroona homeis suspended in a canopy of trees, with coastal reserve bushland on two sides.

Millwood paid $900,000 in 2015 for the home that has three outdoor entertaining areas and a small studio.

A private track leads down from the house through the landscaped gardens to Hinsby Beach, 

Brian Watchorn at Charlotte Peterswald for Property is seeking $1.2 million.
