Set on the Bellarine Peninsula, and coming with $4.5 million to $5 million price hopes, is the home of the retired thoroughbred breeder Ted Cockram.

The architect-designed four bedroom home is on the southern tip of the Bluff, not far from the Barwon Heads Golf Club.

Its fixtures and finishes include Canadian maple ceilings, stone dust render walls and Siberian oak floors.
