Hobart property median price sits under $400,000: CoreLogic

Properties under $400,000 are very much available in Hobart, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that houses in Hobart have a private treaty median price of $390,000 while units are $323,250.

Sydney and Melbourne remain the most expensive area to purchase properties with Sydney properties approaching the $1 million mark while Melbourne properties can only be bought between $500,000 and $700,000.

A three bedroom house at 3248 South Arm Road, South Arm (above) has been listed for between $260,000 to $285,000.

Similarly a two bedroom unit at 4/31 South Street, Bellerive (below) has been listed for between $240,000 to $260,000.
